	In addition to meeting individually with parents, we offer workshops throughout the community in both English and Spanish. We share information about Boston Public Schools and answer a wide array of questions, like the ones listed below. How have the schools improved in recent years? What opportunities are there for parent involvement in BPS? What is the maximum number of students per class? Can my child attend any school in the city? What is a walk zone? When is the best time to visit a school, and do I have to schedule my visit? Do I go to the school of my choice to register or do I go somewhere else? What are my child’s chances of getting a K1 slot? How old does my child need to be to register for K2? If I register on the first day are my chances better of getting the school I want for my child?
